Bree Taylor Wilbourn grew up in the Marshall County area. Bree’s commitment to serving the community began at the University of Alabama-Huntsville. During her time at UAH, Bree met her husband, Rick Wilbourn. Bree graduated Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2003. During law school she was awarded Scholar of Merit in three classes, was a published member of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy.

After graduation, Bree moved to Nashville, Tennessee. Her early practice focused on worker’s compensation, where she gained a quick introduction to trial and appellate practice, representing a national commercial vendor throughout the state of Tennessee. In 2006, Bree moved to Huntsville and furthered her practice by accepting a position with a large civil litigation firm in Huntsville. Bree later diversified her skill set, working at a well-established bank focusing her talents in trust management.

Bree joined the firm in 2011, bringing her past experiences to help resolve complex litigation. Her practice now focuses on personal injury, premises and products liability, Elder Law, local governments and municipalities, and employment. Bree has been successful at the trial and appellate level in reaching favorable outcomes for her clients. Bree is actively licensed in Alabama and Tennessee. However, when asked who she supports in college football, it’s the Crimson Tide.

Bree has heavily invested her spare time in community service through her work with the Huntsville Hospital Foundation Board, The Huntsville Committee of 100, Women’s Economic Development Council, Greater Huntsville Community Foundation, and Leadership Huntsville Madison County.
