Daniel P. Roach is a native of Kentucky. After receiving his B.B.A in economics at Harding University in 2015, Daniel moved to Alabama to attend the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. Daniel excelled academically and served as the Managing Editor of the Faulkner Law Review. Daniel’s legal writing skills were recognized during law school, having won best paper in three classes and having an article published in the Faulkner Law Review. While excelling in law school Daniel also worked at a large civil litigation firm in Montgomery.
After passing the Alabama State Bar in the fall of 2019, Daniel joined the firm. His practice has focused on personal injury and insurance defense. Daniel is expanding his practice to include elder law and estate planning through the firm’s association with Green Mountain Legal Services. He is excited to hone his legal writing skills and to help serve the community.
Daniel and his wife, Nicole, live an active life style. They enjoy playing golf, rock climbing, and creating new dishes in the kitchen. They are active members of the downtown campus of Rivertree Church in Huntsville.
